CSP Oil Paint Flat Brush for Photoshop

A Photoshop version of CSP's Oil Paint Flat Brush that I sorely missed when making my move to Photoshop. I included two versions:

Version1: Oil Paint Flat Brush with my personal modifications

Version 2: Oil Paint Flat Brush that is more like the default
